    We're preparing to reboot the server. We will do this at 9:00 AM PST / 12:00 PM EST. You may see an error message if you are logged in at this time. We expect that process to take 10 minutes and for HQ to be fully down. We will update again once that process has completed.

    Update #2: We have put a fix in place and it's taking an extreme amount of time to implement across our network of clinics. It is still propagating. It is unclear how long it will take. Prepare for HQ to be extremely slow for at least another hour. We'll update again in 15 minutes.

    HQ started showing signs of slowness late last week. We found the issue and implemented a fix last night. By this morning, the fix was still taking time to implement system-wide. Our best guess is we could be this slow for another hour. We'll update again in 15 minutes.
