The delay on those operations queued up other unrelated requests, which amplified the impact across the app. Engineering identified and mitigated the root cause, and all systems have returned to normal.

The issue has been resolved. While we were unable to identify a specific root cause, the behavior suggests it may have been triggered at the platform level. All systems are currently operating normally, and our team will continue reviewing logs to ensure ongoing stability.
